When William opened up the manual introducing the BASIC programming language, back in 1980, William knew he had found his personal niche. After devouring BASIC, he went on to learn Pascal, C, C++, and several database scripting languages.
In June of 1997, seventeen years after opening that first computer, William was introduced to the Internet by someone who wanted a bit of help with the HTML language.
The internet was like adding honey to an elixir. Not only was it an environment where William could use his programming skills - There were exciting new programming languages and protocols to learn! Soon William added Perl and JavaScript to his list of proficiencies and he continues to study other Internet related languages.
