Before joining ClubMom to launch and operate their affiliate program, Shawn served as the Affiliate Manager for Refer-it.com, where he developed content, generated on-line marketing strategies, and maintained strategic partnerships. | Before working with Refer-it, Shawn was the Marketing Manager with Medsite.com - An ecommerce destination for medical professionals. At Medsite, Shawn established their affiliate program and managed strategic partnerships. He was also involved in product management, marketing and launches, and founded the on-line medical journal, MedVillage.com.

Shawn received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Maryland at College Park.
