 | | | Owner and Developer of Site Tips And Tricks - Which helps people to improve their websites. Bob taught mathematics and computer science in the secondary schools and colleges of greater Los Angeles for thirty-two years. While he left teaching some years back, he remains a teacher at heart. | Bob's first computing experience was with a monster machine at Control Data in Santa Monica Ca., (8 bit codes keypunched into Hollerith cards, back in the early 60s). He's been hooked on computing since. With experience came consulting offers. Bob has worked with many small businesses off-line helping integrate computing power into the overall business. Bob began marketing his own software, (computer programs), on the Web back in 1993, and found himself working with many people doing the same. Over time, requests for support from other websites began to dominate. Which, in a sense, led him back to teaching. He opened Site Tips And Tricks with this in mind. And he continues working with people to improve their sites. Throughout the years, Bob wrote a lot. Technical stuff for the most part. Some serious research. And things for kids and schools. But fiction was the greater challenge. And the most fun. "Fatal Games" was published by Pageant Press in 1989. Bob's weekly newsletter, "STAT News" has proved successful and he's well published out and about the Web. In fact - He's grown his site largely through distribution of his articles. Recently, Bob carved out enough time to get back to more serious writing again. "Your Path To Success", to be released in September, 2001, is the first in the "Web Winning Ways" series. It's a step-by-step guide to starting any business on-line. However - Those who already have a site will find it helpful in improving what they have. The second title, "Building Your Dream Business", to be released early in 2002, focuses on maximizing profits through a site already in place. Bob remains fascinated by the accelerating revolution computers have created and their impact on the Web continues to astonish him. It's from Bob's experience and enthusiasm that we can all learn! Bob studied psychology, sociology and history at USC and UCLA. He picked up a masters degree in mathematics at Boston College, (1966), and obtained an administrative credential at Cal State Northridge, (1974). | | | | | | | | | ©Copyright Business Success Experts.com A Division of The Workplace Moxie Network - All Worldwide Rights Reserved
